Hostages

1) You must engage in Roleplay before you can take a Hostage.

This is covered in Stick-Ups.

2) You may only keep a person Hostage for 15 minutes prior to initiating a Criminal Activity.

You must start a Criminal Activity within 15 minutes of taking a Hostage, or you must release your hostage. The hostage may consent to stay with you for longer.

3) You may not use a false Hostage.

All hostages in any Criminal Activity may not be "under cover" for the Criminals. You may use friends as hostages, but they must genuinely be hostages in fear for their lives.

4) You may not Rob or Loot a Hostage.

5) You may not kill a compliant Hostage.

You may kill a non-compliant hostage. You may kill a hostage after a failed Police Negotiation.
