Reporting and Tickets
Please use the following guidelines when contacting staff for assistance regarding a rule break or other issue.
Quick Reference
If there is a rulebreak IC, stay in character.
If there is a conflict or a rulebreak, open a ticket. Provide evidence via video or screenshot.
Please don't DM Staff.
Tickets, Contacting Staff and Reporting of Violations
If you encounter conflicts or issues with other participants or server administrators, please open a ticket with Staff for review. Reports are to be submitted on our #open-a-ticket channel in discord, please. Please do not message staff. You are welcome to open a ticket and request a specific staff member if you are concerned about confidentiality.
You are responsible for presenting all relevant information regarding the incident which can include textual evidence as well as recorded video. You are expected to have unedited video footage. We do not accept partial clips. If it appears edited to your advantage, it will be viewed with great judiciousness. We recommend using a replay recording software such as Medal, Replays, or even XBox gaming bar works well!!
If in-county, stay in-character and finish the scene (DO NOT break character).
Staff are all volunteers with outside responsibilities. Please be understanding.
Communicating to a staff member regarding your issue/ban/ticket outside of your ticket is strictly prohibited.
Please do not DM staff or Admin or to answer any questions in the county, this is why we have a ticket system!! Sometimes we want to RP too!
